金箔白蘭地麥盧卡蜂蜜酒源用自新西蘭優質麥盧卡蜂蜜酒配以法國進口12年拿破崙白蘭地及加23卡食用金箔成份。

擁有白蘭地及麥盧卡蜂蜜酒的獨有口感及香氣。

品牌故事
蜂蜜酒是人類已知歷史裡最古老的酒精飲料。
潮濕的環境會讓空氣中的酵母促使蜂蜜在蜂房中開始進行發酵。因此在蜜蜂進行採摘蜂蜜後,為了平衡蜂蜜中的微生物,蜂蜜中的水分將被蜜蜂去除。
而好的蜂蜜酒仰賴的卻是釀酒師對於酵母和蜂蜜的完美比例。
我們蜂蜜酒的故事,便是如此圍繞著養蜂人和釀酒師共同攜手促成的成果。

製造過程
蜂蜜和水發酵而成的蜂蜜酒
將蜂蜜與水混合併加入酵母製成麥芽汁,蜂蜜中的天然糖份便會發酵為酒精。 並達到干澀的口感,再次加入麥盧卡蜂蜜,並將其轉化為殘留的糖分與酒再次混合。 之後為了獲得更好的完製品。我們將於後期後加入膨潤土以保存酒內的蛋白質。 並放置四周使其更穩定。

對健康的益處
皆因在紐西蘭條例裡,我們不被允許在酒標上提出任何健康聲明。
12年前,我們拿了一瓶蜂蜜酒給彼得·莫蘭博士來分析。彼得身為懷卡託的科學家,他從蜜蜂獲得了這個秘密:
他發現了麥盧卡蜂蜜的魔法。
根據他的分析,他確定蜂蜜酒裡含有豐富的抗氧化劑, 並減少宿醉的機會。
