█ 飲用頻率

建議每週飲用2-3次。如症狀明顯期間（皮膚乾燥、經前乳脹、面色偏暗等），可連續飲用3-5天，症狀緩解後改為一週1-2次。

Recommended 2-3 times weekly. Increase to 3-5 consecutive days during symptoms (e.g., dry skin, premenstrual breast tenderness, dull complexion), then reduce to 1-2 times per week after improvement.

█ 飲用時間

下午茶時間飲用，有助舒緩情緒。經期後連續飲用一週，效果更佳。

Best taken after breakfast or lunch. Avoid evening consumption.
